A Rural Voice
Urban growth in Texas is shrinking our rural voice and threatens our liberty. Cass County needs a strong advocate to protect private property rights from threats like the proposed Marvin Nichols Reservoir which could take over a hundred thousand acres from northeast Texas and threaten the timber industry in Cass County. Travis has been a staunch advocate for private property rights and helped develop the Preserve Northeast Texas organization to fight back against this land grab by the DFW metroplex.
